Meet the Owners:
Richard Foster and Serge Genillier

We started Cote Provence in 2005 after the sale of our successful restaurant in the quaint town of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, located in the heart of Provence near Avignon and the Luberon. Moving from the beautiful countryside of Provence to the States to be closer to family, we also brought with us the idea of sharing the unique and beautiful products we used ourselves from the South of France. Now established in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, our boutique can be found on tony Las Olas Boulevard.

The Cote Provence merchandise was originally inspired by the important weekly market in the L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, one of the largest in all Provence with over 150 vendors and over 5,000 market shoppers every Sunday. In this market one can find all the natural shea butter soaps, ceramic dishes, herbs, tablecloths, kitchen linens and lavender products that we also feature in our store. Additional products, such as our Anduze pottery, essential oils and fragrances, were inspired by centuries-old traditions of craftsmanship and beauty that have made these products part of the Provencal artisanal heritage.
